Li Xinyan, Jiao Ruilin, Hu Guonan, and Duan Yuxuan served as executive director; Liu Chuan served as equipment handler, Jiao Ruilin, and An Qiang served as video recorder and producer; Hu Guonan and Li Xinyan served as photographer; Li Xinyan also served as the attendance taker and report writer; An Qiang and Duan Yuxuan served as security guards.
