At 3:00pm on September 16, 2023，Juntao Wang, Erlei Zhang, Ruizhong He, Jack Wang, Bo Zhao, Dan Yang, Guanjun Geng, Yawei Tao, He Zhou, Fengge Wang, Yan Chen, Zijie Zhuo, members of Democratic Party of China (DPC) holds the 651st Jasmine Action on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, to protest the corruption and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and support the people in mainland China in their struggle against atrocities. Since February 19, 2011, the DPC has held such protests. This is the 92nd Jasmine Action held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
2023年9月16日星期六下午3:00时，中国民主党党员张二磊、贺瑞忠、Jack Wang、 赵博、杨丹、耿冠军、陶亚炜、周鹤、王凤革、陈燕、卓子杰以洛杉矶民主人士耿红军等在洛杉矶好莱坞星光大道举行第651次茉莉花行动, 本次活动抗议过去一周中共腐败暴政的罪行，声援中国民众抗暴斗争。中国民主党自2011年2月19日开始举行茉莉花抗议活动。这是自2021年12月5日以来在洛杉矶举办的第92次茉莉花行动。
