为协助各界了解真实的中国，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列观察员，追踪中共治下各领域的状况和问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命余敏为中国民主党中国女性权益观察员。
In order to help people understanding the real China, the National Committee of Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a series of observers to track the situation and problems in various fields under the rule of Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Based on his will and virtual, I have decided to appoint Yu Min as the DPC Observer of Women Rights in China.

余敏，女，1973年11月6日出生在中国江西省南昌市。在中国，余敏被强制流产，身心受到巨大伤害，无法在中国正常生活和发展。2010年7月27日，余敏来到美国。在美国这个自由社会，余敏获得新的信息，更加痛恨中共暴政。2019年6月15日，余敏在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
Yu Min, female, was born on November 6, 1973, in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China. In China, Yu Min was forced abortion that caused big damage to her physical and mental health, and she could not have normal life in China. On July 27, 2010, Yu Min came to the United States. In the United States, Yu Min read a lot of information about China and Chinese Communist tyranny. She began to think of parcipating democracy movement and changing China. On June 15, 2019, Yu Min officially joined DPC in New York.

作为中国民主党中国女性权益观察员，余敏的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中国女性权益观察专栏；2，定期撰写中国女性权益的专题简报；3，追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As DPC observer of Women Rights in China, Yu Min's main tasks are: 1. To set up the column “Women Rights in China” on DPC website; 2. To address regular special briefings on Women Rights in China; 3. To track major events and report them in time to DPC leaders and suggest how to deal with it.
