为协助各界了解真实的中国，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列观察员，追踪中共治下各领域的状况和问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命杜珍为中国民主党中美关系观察员。
In order to help people understanding the real China, the National Committee of Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a series of observers to track the situation and problems in various fields under the rule of Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Based on her will and virtual, I decide to appoint Zhen Du as the DPC Observer of Sino-US Relation.

杜珍，女，1983年9月6日出生在中国四川省成都市。在中国，出于追求身心健康，杜珍对藏传佛教产生兴趣并加入活跃团体。2008年以来，杜珍在美国读书和工作，正式成为红教信徒。习近平上台后，严厉镇压西藏佛教，导致数百僧俗藏人自焚抗议。为争取信仰自由，2019年9月6日，杜珍在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
Zhen Du, female, was born in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China on September 6, 1983. In China, Zhen Du became interested in Tibetan Buddhism and joined their activity for both physical and psychological health. Since 2008 Zhen Du has studied and worked in US that provides her the opportunity to officially become a follower of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism. After Xi Jinping took over the leader of Chinese Communist Party, he launched cruel persecution on Tibetan Buddhism. On September 6, 2019, Zhen Du officially joined the Democratic Party of China for Chinese religion freedom in New York.

作为中国民主党中美关系观察员，杜珍的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中美关系观察专栏；2，定期撰写中美关系的专题简报；3，追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As DPC observer of Sino-US Relation, Du Zhen's main tasks are: 1. To set up the column “Sino-US Relation” on DPC website; 2. To address regular special briefings on Sino-US Relation; 3. To track major events and report them in time to DPC leaders and suggest how to deal with it.
