为协助各界了解真实的中国，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列观察员，追踪中共治下各领域的状况和问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命王磊为中国民主党中共城镇管理暴政观察员。
In order to help people understanding the real China, the National Committee of Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a series of observers to track the situation and problems in various fields under the rule of Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Based on his will and virtual, I have decided to appoint Lei Wang as the DPC Observer of Urban Administration Atrocity in Communist China.

王磊，男，1984年12月15日出生在中国满洲里。在中国，王磊因为经营餐馆受到共产党城镇管理机构的腐败暴政迫害，于2013年12月31日，来到美国。在美国这个自由社会，王磊通过观察和阅读，理解到他所受的苦难源于中共专制制度，因而萌生参与结束中共暴政的斗争。2019年12月15日，王磊在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
Lei Wang, Male, was born in Manzhouli, China, on December 15, 1984. In China, Lei Wang was suffering from atrocity of CCP urban administration. He came to US on December 31, 2013. In the United States with freedom, Lei Wang, through observation and reading, begins understanding what he suffered rooted in institution of CCP tyranny. He, thus, is thinking of participation of the struggle ending CCP rule. On December 15, 2019, Lei Wang officially joined DPC in New York.

作为中国民主党中共城镇管理暴行观察员，王磊的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中共城镇管理暴行观察专栏；2，定期撰写中共城镇管理暴行的专题简报；3，追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As the DPC observer of Urban Administration Atrocity in Communist China, Lei Wang's main tasks are: 1. To set up the column “Urban Administration Atrocity in Communist China” on DPC website; 2. To address regular special briefings on Urban Administration Atrocity in Communist China; 3. To track major events and report them in time to DPC leaders and suggest how to deal with it.
