为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命万进强为中国民主党中共河南省暴政观察员。
In protest against the corruptive tyranny of Chinese Communist Party, awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the Chinese Communist governance in various fields. According to her own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Jinqiang Wan as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny in Henan Province.

万进强，男，1969年7月25日出生在中国河南省许昌市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，万进强受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2015年，万进强来到美国。在美国，万进强目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2017年1月1日，万进强在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
On July 25, 1969, Jinqiang Wan was born in Xuchang City, Henan Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Jinqiang Wan suffered from persicution and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. In 2015, Jinqiang Wan entered US. In US, Jinqiang Wan experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On January 1. 2017, Jinqiang Wan joined DPC in New York.

As DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny in Henan Province, Jinqiang Wan has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, DPC Watch on Chinese Communist Tyranny in Henan Province, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
