关于任命林锦强为中国民主党中国农村教育问题观察员的决定
Announcement on Appointing Jinqiang Lin as DPC Observer of Education Problem in Rural China
为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命林锦强为中国民主党中国农村教育问题观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party, awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China decides to set up a some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Jinqiang Lin as DPC Observer of Education Problem in Rural China.
林锦强，男，1980年9月19日出生在中国福建省长乐市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，林锦强受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。1999年1月16日，林锦强来到美国。在美国，林锦强目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2011年10月18日，林锦强在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
On September 19, 1980, Jinqiang Lin was born in Changle City, Henan Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Jinqiang Lin suffered from discrimination and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. On January 16, 1999, Jinqiang Lin entered US. In US, Jinqiang Lin experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On October 18. 2011, JInqiang Lin joined DPC in New York.
作为中国民主党中国农村问题观察员，林锦强的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中国农村观察专栏；2，定期撰写中国农村问题的专题简报；3，追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As DPC Observer of Education Problem in Rural China, Jinqiang Lin has three major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, China Rural Education Watch, on DPC Website; 2, Writing regular special memo on relative topic; 3, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
