为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命叶晓凡为中国民主党中共警察滥用暴力观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to her/his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Xiaofan YE as an DPC Observer of Police Brutality in communist China.

叶晓凡，男，1976年3月4日出生在中国福建省福州市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，叶晓凡受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2023年4月24日，叶晓凡来到美国。在美国，叶晓凡目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2023年6月24日，叶晓凡在纽约参加中国民主党。
On March 4, 19176, Xiaofan YE was born in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Xiaofan YE suffered from discrimination and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. On April 24, 2023, Xiaofan YE entered the US. In the US, Xiaofan YE experiences a just society with human rights. She hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On June 24, 2023, Xiaofan YE joins DPC in New York.

As DPC Observer of Police Brutality in Communist China, Xiaofan YE has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Police Brutality in Communist China Watch, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
