Topic: 36th Anniversary Series – Reflections on General Xu Qinxian and the 38th Group Army
This session of the Democracy Forum was part of the series commemorating the 36th anniversary of the Tiananmen Movement. Guest speaker Liu Jianguo shared insights on the spirit of “June Fourth,” the legacy of General Xu Qinxian, and the importance of preserving historical memory. The forum was conducted in a solemn and sincere atmosphere, with active audience participation and a deep focus on the relevance of remembrance in today’s context.
