2025年3月8日中午12:00，中国民主党在洛杉矶中国领事馆前举行第728次茉莉花行动，本次抗议活动主题“家庭暴力到国家暴力，哪里才是女性的出路”。本次活动同时抗议中国共产党暴政。
参加本次活动的党员有：黄明发、李经伟、柴松、许继山、王乃一、吴腾辉、王府、曹梅梅、朱晓娜、杨雪、黄春远、姬瑞锋、安浦、何愚、曾群兰、蔡晓丽、肖林丽、肖玲燕、姚庆古、李家亮、闫现鹏、吕聪、赵杰、刘敖、贺瑞忠、李晓艳、张振振、邓赛博、牟宗强，等人。

On March 8, 2025, at 12:00 noon, the Democracy Party of China held its 728th Jasmine protest in front of the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles. The theme of this protest was “Domestic violence is a crime!” This event also protested against the tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party.
Party members participating in this event included: Mingfa Huang, Jingwei Li, Song Chai, Jishan Xu, Naiyi Wang, Tenghui Wu, Fu Wang, Meimei Cao, Xiaona Zhu, Xue Yang, Chunyuan Huang, Ruifeng Ji, Pu An, Yu He, Qunlan Zeng, Xiaoli Cai, Linli Xiao, Lingyan Xiao, Qinggu Yao, Jialiang Li, Xianpeng Yan, Cong Lü, Jie Zhao, Ao Liu, Ruizhong He, Xiaoyan Li, Zhenzhen Zhang, Saibo Deng, Zongqiang Mu, and others.
The Democracy Party of China has been holding Jasmine protests since February 19, 2011. This was the 166th protest held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
