On October 14, 2023, Erlei Zhang, Yanhao Liu, Hongjun Geng, Ruizhong He, Fengge Wang, Jack Wang, Guanjun Geng, Xiao Yang, members of Democratic Party of China (DPC) holds the 655th Jasmine Action at Liberty Sculpture Park in Los Angeles, to protest the corruption and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and support the people in mainland China in their struggle against atrocities. Special support for "Zaizhou Peng (Lifa Peng)" Since February 19, 2011, the DPC has held such protests. This is the 96th Jasmine Action held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
2023年10月14日星期六，中国民主党党员张二磊、刘衍豪、耿红军、贺瑞忠、王奉革、Jack Wang、耿冠军、杨晓等在洛杉矶自由雕塑公园举行第655次茉莉花行动, 本次活动抗议过去一周中共腐败暴政的罪行，声援中国民众抗暴斗争。本次抗议活动特别声援“彭载舟（彭立发）”。中国民主党自2011年2月19日开始举行茉莉花抗议活动。这是自2021年12月5日以来在洛杉矶举办的第96次茉莉花行动。
