为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命翟德云为中国民主党中共违法施暴观察员。
In protest against the corruptive tyranny of Chinese Communist Party, awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the Chinese Communist governance in various fields. According to her own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Deyun Zhai as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Illegal Violence.

翟德云，男，1964年3月11日出生在中国江西省吉安市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，翟德云受到迫害，并失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。他寻找各种机会，反抗中共暴政。2022年11月25日，翟德云来到美国。2022年12月6日，翟德云在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
On March 11, 1964, Deyun Zhai was born in Jian City, Jiangxi Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Deyun Zhai suffered from persecution of Chinese communist illegal violence and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity, He tried to find ways against Chinese communist tyranny. On November 25, 2022, Deyun Zhai entered the US. On December 6. 2022, Deyun Zhai joined DPC in New York.

作为中国民主党中共违法施暴观察员，翟德云的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中共违法施暴观察专栏；2, 追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Illegal Enforcement, Deyun Zhai has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Chinese Small Business Owner Watch, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
