贺瑞忠担任中国民主党中共司法不公观察员
Announcement on Appointing Ruizhong He as DPC Observer of Miscarriage of Justice in Communist China
为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命贺瑞忠为中国民主党中共司法不公观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to her/his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Ruizhong He as an DPC observer of Miscarriage of Justice in Communist China.

贺瑞忠，男，1962年11月6日出生在中国上海市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，贺瑞忠受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2017年9月5日，贺瑞忠来到美国。在美国，贺瑞忠目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生，参加中国民主运动。2021年4月，贺瑞忠在洛杉矶参加中国民主党。
On November 16, 1962, Ruizhong He was born in Shanghai. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Ruizhong He suffered from miscarriage of justice and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. On September 5, 2017, Ruizhong He entered the US. In the US, Ruizhong He experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US and joined overseas democracy movement. In April 2021, Ruizhong He joins DPC in Los Angeles, CA.

作为中国民主党中共司法不公观察员，贺瑞忠的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中共司法不公专栏；2，定期撰写中共司法不公的专题简报；3，追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As DPC Observer of Miscarriage of Justice in Communist China, Ruizhong He has three major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Miscarriage of Justice in Communist China Watch, on DPC Website; 2, Writing special memo on relative topic; 3, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
