为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命高家晨为中国民主党中共城管暴行观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Jiachen GAO as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Atrocities in Urban Management.

高家晨，男，1994年5月15日出生在中国江西省南昌市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，高家晨受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2023年8月2日，高家晨来到美国。在美国，高家晨目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2024年3月11日，高家晨在纽约参加中国民主党。
On May 15, 1994, Jiachen GAO was born in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Jiachen GAO suffered from persecution and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. On August 2, 2023, Jiachen GAO entered the US. In the US, Jiachen GAO experiences a just society with human rights. he hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On March 11, 2024, Jiachen GAO joins DPC in New York.
