卜彦晨担任中国民主党中共铁岭暴政观察员
Announcement on Appointing Yanchen BU as DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny in Tieling

为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命卜彦晨为中国民主党中共铁岭暴政观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to her/his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Yanchen BU as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny in Tieling.

卜彦晨，男，1995年2月25日出生在中国辽宁省省铁岭市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，卜彦晨受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2023年7月17日，卜彦晨来到美国。在美国，卜彦晨目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2024年2月25日，卜彦晨在纽约参加中国民主党。
On February 25, 1995, Yanchen BU was born in Tieling City, Liaoning Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Yanchen BU suffered from persecution and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. On July 17, 2023, Yanchen BU entered the US. In the US, Yanchen BU experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On February 25, 2024, Yanchen BU joins DPC.

As DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny in Tieling, Yanchen BU has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Chinese Communist Tyranny in Tieling Watch, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
