At 4:30pm on October 1, 2023， Chuangchuang Chen, Guanjun Gene, Weiming Chen, Ruizhong He, Jack Wang, Zijie Zhuo, Dan Yang, Zhongwei Wang, Yongchun Liu, Wei Ren, Fengge Wang, Chengsong Qu, Bin Fan members of Democratic Party of China (DPC) holds the 653rd Jasmine Action in In front of the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles, to protest the corruption and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and support the people in mainland China in their struggle against atrocities. Since February 19, 2011, the DPC has held such protests. This is the 94th Jasmine Action held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
2023年10月1日星期日下午4:30时，中国民主党党员陈闯创、耿冠军、陈维明、贺瑞忠、Jack Wang、卓子杰、杨丹、王中伟、刘迎春、任伟、王奉革、瞿成松、范斌等在洛杉矶中国领事馆前举行第653次茉莉花行动, 本次活动抗议过去一周中共腐败暴政的罪行，声援中国民众抗暴斗争。中国民主党自2011年2月19日开始举行茉莉花抗议活动。这是自2021年12月5日以来在洛杉矶举办的第94次茉莉花行动。
