At 3:00pm on September 1, 2023，Erlei Zhang, Zhigang Pan, Dan Yang, Bo Zhao ,members of Democratic Party of China (DPC) holds the 649th Jasmine Action on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, to protest the corruption and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and support the people in mainland China in their struggle against atrocities. Since February 19, 2011, the DPC has held such protests. This is the 90th Jasmine Action held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
2023年9月1日星期五下午3:00时，中国民主党党员张二磊、潘志刚、杨丹、赵博在洛杉矶好莱坞星光大道举行第649次茉莉花行动, 本次活动抗议过去一周中共腐败暴政的罪行，声援中国民众抗暴斗争。中国民主党自2011年2月19日开始举行茉莉花抗议活动。这是自2021年12月5日以来在洛杉矶举办的第90次茉莉花行动。
Zhigang Pan organized the operation, and hosted it with Jasmine Action Assistant Erlei Zhang and led everyone to shout slogans.
