滕用钦：从官员选播看中共腐败
中共选拔官员，主要看是否听话，在上级领导面前要百依百顺。上级领导的决定荒诞，甚至邪恶，你要时时刻刻表现出永远无条件服从。
中共的潜规则，就是行贿上级领导。给领导送钱，或者帮领导办私事。党员干部，为了得到提升，甚至会把妻子妹妹女儿送给上级领导享用。至于女性党员干部，向领导献身，几乎已成惯例。共产党领导玩弄女下属。
共产党按照这种标准提拔的干部，都是既愚昧，又贪婪钱财。他们既然是靠奴颜婢骨、奉献财色得到提拔，自然就要求下属也统统这样。所以中国共产党的干部，几乎都是赤裸裸的罪犯。
