为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命黄建茂为中国民主党中共暴力管控网络观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to her/his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Jianmao HUANG as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny on Internet.

黄建茂，男，1982年11月8日出生在中国广东省电白县。在中共腐败暴政统治下，黄建茂受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2023年5月6日，黄建茂来到美国。在美国，黄建茂目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2023年8月17日，黄建茂在纽约参加中国民主党。
On November 8, 1982, Jianmao HUANG was born in Dianbai County, Guangdong Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Jianmao HUANG suffered from political persecution and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. On May 6, 2023, Jianmao HUANG entered the US. In the US, Jianmao HUANG experiences a just society with human rights. She hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On August 17, 2023, Jianmao HUANG joins DPC in New York City.
