为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命焦玉柱为中国民主党习近平独裁暴政观察员。
In protest against the corruptive tyranny of Chinese Communist Party, awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the Chinese Communist governance in various fields. According to her own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Yuzhu Jiao as an DPC observer of Xi Jinping’s Tyranny.

焦玉柱，男，1979年9月13日出生在中共腐败暴政黑龙江省尚志市。在中共腐败治理下，焦玉柱不愿同流合污，于2009年10月来到美国读书。在美国，焦玉柱目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2019年3月12日，焦玉柱正式参加中国民主党并担任中国民主党美东地区街头行动助理指挥。
On September 13,1979, Yuzhu Jiao was born in Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Yuzhu Jiao did not like dirty games. In October 2009, Yuzhu Jiao entered the US. In the US, Yuzhu Jiao experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On March 12. 2019, Yuzhu Jiao joined DPC in New York and was the Assistant Director of DPC Street Acton in North-east America.

As DPC Observer of Xi Jinping’s Tyranny, Yuzhu Jiao has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Xi Jinping’s Tyranny Watch, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
