Announcement on Appointing Guoqiang Qiao as DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny in Henan Province

为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命乔国强为中国民主党中共河南暴政观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party, awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China decides to set up a some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to her/his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Guoqiang Qiao as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Tyranny in Henan Province.

乔国强，男，1954年5月12日出生在中国甘肃省兰州市，生长于河南省。在中共腐败暴政统治下，乔国强没有公正发展和正常生活的机会。1999年，乔国强来到美国。在美国，乔国强目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2018年10月6日，乔国强在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
On May 12, 1954, Guoqiang Qiao was born in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province and grows up in Henan Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Guoqiang Qiao suffered from discrimination and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. In 1999, Guoqiang Qiao entered US. In the US, Guoqiang Qiao experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in the US. On October 6. 2018, Guoqiang Qiao joined DPC in New York.

As DPC Observer of Education Problem in Rural China, Guoqiang Qiao has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Chinese Communist Tyranny of Henan Province Watch, on DPC Website; 2, Writing regular special memo on relative topic; 3, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
