为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命姜湘辰为中国民主党中国青年网络活动观察员。
In protest against the corruptive tyranny of Chinese Communist Party, awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the Chinese Communist governance in various fields. According to her own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Xiangchen Jiang as an DPC observer of Chinese Youth Cyber Activity.

姜湘辰，男，2000年4月29日出生在中国浙江衢州市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，姜湘辰受到迫害，失去公正发展的机会。2017年5月，姜湘辰来到美国。在美国，姜湘辰目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2018年6月12日，姜湘辰在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
On April 29, 2000, Xiangchen Jiang was born in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Xiangchen Jiang suffered from discrimination and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity. In May 2017, Xiangchen Jiang entered US. In US, Xiangchen Jiang experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On June 12, 2018, Xiangchen Jiang joined DPC in New York.

As DPC Observer of Chinese Youth Cyber Activity, Xiangchen Jiang has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Chinese Youth Cyber Activity Watch, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
