为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命王栋为中国民主党中共山东腐败观察员。
In protest against the corruptive tyranny of Chinese Communist Party and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China decides to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the Chinese Communist governance in various fields. According to his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC appoints Dong Wang as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Corruption in Shandong Province.

王栋，男，1983年2月6日出生于山东省烟台市。2008年8月6日，王栋来到美国留学。在美国，王栋目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。萌生改变中国的愿望。2012年，王栋开始参加中国民主运动。2013年5月21日，王栋在纽约加入中国民主党美国地区委员会。
On February6, 1980, Dong Wang was born in Yantai, Shandong Province. On August 6, 2007, Dong Wang came to the US for academic study. In the US, Dong Wang experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. In 2012, Dong Wang began to participated in democracy movement. On May 21, 2013, Dong Wang joined DPC US Reginal Committee in New York.

作为中国民主党中共山东腐败观察员，王栋的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中共山东腐败观察专栏；2，定期撰写中共山东腐败的专题简报；3，追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Corruption in Shandong Province , Dong Wang has three major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Chinese Small Business Owner Watch, on DPC Website; 2, Writing regular special memo on relative topic; 3, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
