为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命程爱慧为中国民主党中共南通腐败暴政观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to her own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Aihui CHEN as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Corruptive Tyranny in Nantong.

程爱慧，女，1988年4月6日出生在中国江苏省省南通市。2009年6月29日，程爱慧来到美国读书。在美国，程爱慧目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。她希望在中国建立美国这样的社会。2011年9月20日，程爱慧在纽约参加中国民主党。2024年7月22日，程爱慧转到中国民主党美国地区委员会。
On April 6, 1988, Aihui CHEN was born in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. On June 29, 2009, Aihui CHEN entered the US as a student., Aihui CHEN experiences a just society with human rights in the US. She hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On September 20, 2011, Aihui CHEN joins DPC in New York, NY. On July 22, 2024, she transferred her membership to DPC US Committee.

As DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Corruptive Tyranny in Nantong, Aihui CHEN has three major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Chinese Communist Corruptive Tyranny in Nantong Watch, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
