At 3:00pm on December 16, 2023, Zhongwei Wang, Zijie Zhuo, Zhijun Zhang, Yanhao Liu, Erlei Zhang, Xiao Yang, Jiangbo Qu, Bo Zhao, Ying Zhuang, Cong Lu, Guangming Li, Fei Wang, Juan Chen, Changbing Yang, Jack Wang, Siwei Wang, Guojun Li, Wei Zheng, Min Zheng, Yanxiang Wang, Jinping Chen, He Zhou, Haijiao Wang, Li Xie members of Democratic Party of China (DPC) holds the 664th Jasmine Action in front of the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles, this event specifically supports Niu Tengyu and to protest the corruption and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and support the people in mainland China in their struggle against atrocities. Since February 19, 2011, the DPC has held such protests. This is the 105th Jasmine Action held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
2023年12月16日星期六下午3:00时，中国民主党党员：王中伟、卓子杰、张致君、刘衍豪、张二磊、杨晓、曲江波、赵博 、庄英、吕聪、李光芒、王飞、陈绢、杨长兵、Jack Wang 、王泗维、李国军、郑伟、郑敏、王彦翔、陈金平、周鹤、王海娇、谢莉等人在洛杉矶中国领事馆前举行第664次茉莉花行动, 本次活动特别声援牛腾宇以及抗议过去一周中共腐败暴政的罪行，声援中国民众抗暴斗争。中国民主党自2011年2月19日开始举行茉莉花抗议活动。这是自2021年12月5日以来在洛杉矶举办的第105次茉莉花行动。
