At 12:00pm on December 2, 2023, Zhigang Pan, Jiahu Meng, members of Democratic Party of China (DPC) holds the 662nd Jasmine Action at Waikiki Beach at Hawaii to protest the corruption and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and support the people in mainland China in their struggle against atrocities. Since February 19, 2011, the DPC has held such protests. This is the 103rd Jasmine Action held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
2023年12月2日星期六中午12:00时，中国民主党党员：潘志刚、孟家虎等二人在夏威夷的Waikiki海滩举行第662次茉莉花行动, 本次活动抗议过去一周中共腐败暴政的罪行，声援中国民众抗暴斗争。中国民主党自2011年2月19日开始举行茉莉花抗议活动。这是自2021年12月5日以来在洛杉矶举办的第103次茉莉花行动。
