2023年11月25日星期六中午，中国民主党会同其他支持中国政治进步的组织在美国纽约市政厅附近举行集会，纪念白纸运动一周年。这场运动在中国二十多个主要城市爆发，终结疫情清零政策，多位运动的参与者被抓，有些至今下落不明。下述党员积极参与集会并做出贡献，特此嘉奖:
At noon on Saturday, November 25, 2023, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) joined other organization gathered around New York City Hall to commemorate first anniversary of Blanc Paper Revolution that occurred in many major cities and ended Zero-Covid Policy. dozens of Participants were arrested and some of them are still missing. Following DPC members participated actively in gathering and made contribution, and hereby commended:
