At 2:00pm on August 27, 2023，Erlei Zhang, Zijie Zhuo, Zhigang Pan, Dan Yang, Ruizhong He、Jack Wang, Xiaoguang Wang ,members of Democratic Party of China (DPC) holds the 648th Jasmine Action on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles, to protest the corruption and tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party and support the people in mainland China in their struggle against atrocities. Since February 19, 2011, the DPC has held such protests. This is the 89th Jasmine Action held in Los Angeles since December 5, 2021.
2023年8月27日星期六下午2:00时，中国民主党党员张二磊、陶亚炜、卓子杰、潘志刚、杨丹、贺瑞忠、王小光、Jack Wang在洛杉矶好莱坞星光大道举行第648次茉莉花行动, 本次活动抗议过去一周中共腐败暴政的罪行，声援中国民众抗暴斗争。这是自2021年12月5日以来在洛杉矶举办的第89次茉莉花行动。
