为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命陈晓磊为中国民主党-忻州市暴政观察员。
In protest against the corruption and tyranny crimes of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) has decided to set up some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Xiaolei CHEN as a DPC observer of CCP Tyranny in Xinzhou city.

陈晓磊，男，1984年10月20日出生在中国山西省忻州市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，陈晓多次因为发表政治观点受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2023年2月12日，陈晓磊一家三口来到美国。在美国，陈晓磊目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，希望将中国改变成像美国一样的民主国家。2023年6月2日，陈晓磊在纽约加入中国民主党。
On October 20, 1984, Xiaolei CHEN was born in Xinzhou city, Shanxi Province, China. Under the CCP's corruptive tyranny, Xiaolei CHEN was persecuted many times due to his political opinion, being deprived of opportunity for fair development and life in China. On February 12, 2023, Xiaolei CHEN brought his family to the US. In the US, Xiaolei CHEN experienced a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish a democratic regime in China as it is in the US. On June 2nd, 2023, Xiaolei CHEN joined DPC in New York.

As DPC Observer of CCP Tyranny in Xinzhou City, Xiaolei CHEN has two major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Watch on CCP Tyranny in Jixi, on the DPC Website; 2, reporting important events and suggesting responsive action to DPC.
