为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命朱奎为中国民主党中共疫情期间暴行观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Kui ZHU as an DPC observer of Chinese Communist Atrocities during Pandemic.

朱奎，男，1983年5月18日出生在中国江苏省徐州市。在中共腐败暴政统治下，朱奎受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。2023年4月22日，朱奎来到美国。在美国，朱奎目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2023年5月18日，朱奎在纽约参加中国民主党。
On May 18, 1983, Kui ZHU was born in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Under the CCP corruptive tyranny, Kui ZHU suffered from persecution and had no hope to enjoy normal opportunity. On April 22, 2023, Kui ZHU entered the US. In the US, Kui ZHU experiences a just society with human rights. He hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On May 18, 2023, on his fortieth birthday, Kui ZHU joins DPC in New York City.

As DPC Observer of Chinese Communist Atrocities during Pandemic, Kui ZHU has three major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, Chinese Communist Atrocities during Pandemic Watch, on DPC Website; 2, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
