为揭露中共腐败暴政罪行，唤醒中国大陆民众，声援中国民众抗击暴政的正义行动，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列工作组，追踪各领域中共执政存在的问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命郝江涛为中国民主党"六四“屠杀幸存者抗争暴政观察员。
In protest against the corruption tyranny crimes of Chinese Communist Party (CCP), awakening the Chinese people, and supporting the Chinese people’s just actions to fight tyranny, the Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a some working groups to track and expose the problems of the CCP’s governance in various fields. According to his own comprehensive merits and willingness, DPC decides to appoint Jiangtao HAO as an DPC observer of June 4th Massacre Survivors' Struggle against Tyranny .

郝江涛，男，1969年12月10日出生在中国湖北省。在中共腐败暴政统治下，郝江涛因为参加1989年民主运动受到迫害，失去公正发展和正常生活的机会。1999年8月24日，郝江涛来到美国。在美国，郝江涛目睹身历自由民主世界的正义社会，思想和命运都获得新生。2022年4月1日，郝江涛在纽约参加中国民主党。
On December 10, 1969, Jiangtao HAO was born in Hubei Province. Under the CCP tyranny, Jiangtao HAO suffered from discrimination and had no hope to enjoy fair opportunity, due to his participation of 1989 Democracy Movement. On August 24, 1999, Jiangtao HAO entered the US. In the US, Jiangtao HAO experiences a just society with human rights. he hopes to establish the democracy regime in China as it in US. On April 1, 2022, Jiangtao HAO joins DPC.

As DPC Observer of June 4th Massacre Survivors' Struggle against Tyranny, Jiangtao HAO has three major tasks: 1, setting up a special column, “June 4th Massacre Survivors’ Struggle against Tyranny, on DPC Website; 2, Writing regular special memo on relative topic; 3, reporting important event and suggesting responsive action.
