Observance on Justice for Chinese Private Entrepreneur in China: More than 200 private entrepreneurs in Henan complained to the National Commission for Discipline Inspection due to the inaction of the Secretary of the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee and the Mayor
We have learned that more than 200 private business owners including Guo Sanyuan, Di Xisheng, Zhu Tianzhi, etc., from various districts and counties in Luoyang City, Henan Province, were demolished by local policies after 2005, and they have defended their rights without legal and reasonable compensation.
Under the long-term inaction of the secretary and mayor of the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee, the business owner jointly complained to the National Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision and the National Bureau of Letters and Calls on August 12, 2021. But justice is not done yet even after 17 years!
