为协助各界了解真实的中国，中国民主党全国委员会决定设立一系列观察员，追踪中共治下各领域的状况和问题。根据本人意愿和素质，现决定任命唐宝彬为中国民主党中国微博微信观察员。
In order to help people understanding the real China, the National Committee of Democratic Party of China (DPC) decides to set up a series of observers to track the situation and problems in various fields under the rule of Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Based on his will and virtual, I have decided to appoint Baobin Tang as the DPC Observer of Weibo and WeChat in China.

唐宝彬，男，1981年6月2日出生在中国广东省广州市。在中国，唐宝彬对中共腐败暴政不满，并在网上组建和参与批判中共专制的讨论，参加中国社会民主党，因而受到中共迫害。2019年9月，唐宝彬来到美国。2020年1月1日起，唐宝彬在中国民主党网站上开设中国微博微信观察专栏。2022年1月1日，唐宝彬在纽约正式参加中国民主党。
Baobin Tang, male, was born in Guangzhou, Guangdong on June 2, 1981. In China, hating the corruptive Chinese communist tyranny, Baobin Tang initiated and managed the group discussion on social media. In 2019, Baobin Tang registered to joined China Social Democracy Party secretly. Chinese communist authority found his work and persecuted him. In September 2019, Bao Bintang came to the United States. He set up special column “Weibo and WeChat Watch” on DPC Website. On January 1, 20122, Tang Baobin officially joined DPC in New York.

作为中国民主党中国微博微信观察员，唐宝彬的主要工作是：1， 在中国民主党网站设立中国微博微信观察专栏；2，定期撰写中国微博微信方面的专题简报；3，追踪重大事件，并及时向党组织提供应对建议。
As DPC observer of Weibo and WeChat in China, Baobin Tang's main tasks are: 1. To set up the column “Weibo and WeChat Watch in China” on DPC website; 2. To address regular special briefings on Weibo and WeChat in China; 3. To track major events and report them in time to DPC leaders and suggest how to deal with it.
